EXCHANGE POLICY:
Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 7 days from the shipping date of your order, before the exchange period expires. Items are eligible for exchange only once.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it as long as it has been returned within the 7 day return period
If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
How to return and payments for returns?
We only accept returns of damaged or incorrect items.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item (signs or tear/stain etc) please reach out to us on our email info@himanipunatar.com with your order number and the description of the issue within 7 days of the delivery package.
Upon inspection it will be decided by the company for an exchange or a replacement of the same product. We do not refund for the same.
We will make an exchange or replacement of the apparel within 10 buisness days of receiving the apparel from the customer.

In case there is an issue in size then the product can be altered on request.
Once approved, please pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package on a chargeable basis

How to change the order?
Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us via email.
How to make a return?
We have a courier service that will facilitate the return, however this is chargeable. While you file your request for an exchange/return, you will be redirected to a page with the charge of Rs.200 as a pickup fee.
